This is a fun stone for kids! It is call Clear Optical Calcite or optical calcite which actually can be in a range of colours. The optical is because as you look through it there is an optical illusion. I included photos of looking through one to a price label so you can see the fun distortion. Its structure is rhomboid so an interesting geometric shape.
