Fossilised Ammonite Pair

Fossilised Ammonites in small size. These have been cut in two so you can enjoy seeing the outside and the inside. The outside shell is natural and the inner sides are polished.

The swirl on the inside reminds you that if you spend time in all segments of your life then you will have a wholesome and strong one. Segments include time for work, time for play/hobbies, for family, for love and with just you.

If you want to wear them consider turning these into pendants with wire wrapping or a hemp necklace. There are usually lovely opal flashes on outside of the shell. The photo shows the quality of those in stock. Weight varies a lot due to the fossilising process.

Ammonite

• Now extinct, the ammonite mollusk was a shelled cephalopod, usually appearing in a coiled, spiral shape . This fossilized sea creatures which appeared 435 million years ago.
• Also known as "shaligram shila" in India.
• Many aboriginal cultures believed it brought good luck e.g. especially relating to new growth aka pregnancy, small business. Helps recall from Akashic records - wisdom of past, present, future.

• Ammonite with its external side showing flashes of two or more of: blue, red, purple, green, orange, yellow.
