The organic shape and weight of Hematite Eggs are so soothing before you even get the full affect of the hematite with your energy field.
It was a crystal that I had the most use of as I moved myself from despair (and so also ungrounded), back to a fully functional stable person again.
Haematite restores and regulates the blood supply, aiding blood conditions. Use it to stimulates the absorption of iron and formation of red blood cells. I find it great to relieve shoulder spasms and leg cramps. More information is on the Healing Properties tab.
