Goldstone has a long history. It is said to have been first created 400+ years by Italian monks. Unfortunately most business sell it as if it is a real stone or even real gold in jasper. Many think they are looking at “Gold dust”.

This crystal also called aventurine glass, sunstone, gold star, monk’s stone, and so on. If you are wanting the energy of copper its the only way we have to offer it, and the glass enhances the energy.

Opalite

This crystal is a more recent development where the Chinese wanted to imitate opal. Hence the name opal-ite. Unfortunately many distributors and retailers do not disclose it is man-made glass and call it moonstone. Unfortunately the name is also used geologically for a combo stone of fluorite + opal + agate. Hence the confusion.

It does however still hold a lovely feminine energy.
