This is Smoky Quartz Cluster in surprisingly good condition on the points and clarity ranges from OK to excellent. Sure you can see where a “cross” point fell away which is re-healing but the points spread out in most directions.
One group are paler and more cloudy than the other so I suspect two group of clusters joined together as the grew larger.
It is absolutely a one off piece! All faces are natural. Check photos and video for any chips etc. if had come from other suppliers they would have popped it on a polishing machine to fix the central point but this supplier leaves things exactly as they are fond.
