This Smoky Quartz Silver Pendant in a simple sterling silver setting is a unique shape which from the mind of passionate Brazilian woman. Her family owns the mine. It is flat on one side and rounded the other so you can wear it both ways.

It was designed by a passionate and successful Brazilian designer. The price is still pre-Covid prices but its still been a while since it found its forever home, hence the discount as condition is not perfect as its been polished a lot.

It is very clear yet with pale brown colour. It has life with its mists and rainbows making it a delight to look at. Grown, facetted and made in Brazil its very lovely and seems to appeal to guys as well as gals. The smoky is very pale and I can feel it still giving a lot of Crown activation. 

I mainly intuit it to ground all those lovely thoughts in an “in the mind” personality like me. I see it as rooting rather than just grounding your energy. And therefore they can relax, be more level-headed, and receive new ideas. It is so going to brighten you day! It is also detoxifying on all levels this then prompts elimination of the digestive system. Doing a lot of study or life experience learning it  may be your best friend to ground it into the practical.

Geological Identification

• It is a brown or grey coloured variety of Quartz.
• The smoky colour results from free silicon and aluminium naturally irradiated.

Special Notes

• Most people know the brown variety. But geologically there is also grey smoky quartz
• Unfortunately more and more quartz is being artificially gamma irradiated. You will only know by being suspicious as to the mine it came from or the matrix of minerals with it e.g. be careful of cheap smoky quartz from the USA or China - usually looks unusually dark and opaque. 2018 update
  • Even Brazil is now radiating their smoky quartz and doing a good job of it. Graham and I couldn't tell the difference but thankfully the suppliers were honest and we avoided getting caught.
  • Customer advised that he bought irradiated smoky quartz and that the colour faded within a year.
• Note: Morian Quartz is a very dark natural quartz.
