Smoky Quartz points are a good brown colour and with good clarity. These are a nice size for altars and for hemp necklaces. There are a couple of rutile needles inside each too.
I mainly intuit smoky quartz to ground all those lovely thoughts in an “in the mind” personality like me. I see it as rooting rather than just grounding your energy. And therefore they can relax, be more level-headed, and receive new ideas. It gently neutralises negative vibrations. It is detoxifying on all levels this then prompts elimination of the digestive system.
