Tangerine Quartz Point, Hematoid Quartz Point

Bought from a new supplier a lovely range of different crystals of the type Hematoid Quartz Point, with most being a Tangerine Quartz Point. Those that are cloudy are this way because of kaolinite.

It is geologically a hematoid quartz but because of the colour Judy Hall may also call it apricot and tangerine based on whether they are red, orange, or peach in colour.

Each point is unique in shape and colouring. Note that some are very, very pale in their colour but it is there. And on some PC/Phone screens colours may seem different.

I have done my best by creating a video of the range – click here and they are shown in order A to F. Dimensions are for C. D shows sign that 2 face were re-polished in repairing them.

They all energetically feel fabulous. A few I was tempted to keep as so interesting in colour or in inclusions – but I can’t keep everything!
