Take care using this smudge if you suffer from breathing ailments. Open all windows on a windy day to clear the smell out. I recommend not doing while you have young children in the home or office – get your partner to take them out for the day. It is not suitable for children to use as you need to light it get a flame, blow out and then the smoke cleanses.
You may need to cut the string to get more air inside so it smokes better.
