Posting To New Zealand or Other Overseas Location
Sorry but as we are not big sellers to overseas markets we have certain issues to work with.
New Zealand-ers
the default shipping rates in the automatic calculator can be incorrect as the shipping calculator does not seem to keep up with Australia Post’s quirks.
- If our cost are lower than you paid we will add a crystal (if its minor) or refund the difference (e.g. if $10).
- If our cost is higher than you paid we may ask for more money if we cannot absorb. I don’t see my actual cost till after I receive an order.
- If you are wanting us to CHECK the postage before you pay … place the order with “Pay Via Bank” and tell me in the check out comments you need me to check postage. Payment can then proceed once we agree on the real postage.
EU Buyers
Due to more intense EU regulations in 2025 and the very low order rate, it’s not worth the effort of shipping to the EU for small orders. If you do want to spend over $100, contact me via email or text and I can organise.
Other Buyers
Contact me by text or email with what you want (send photos or give description) as every country can have quirks and we need to see if a) our insurance allows it or b) your country will accept the crystals.
