Unfortunately our web system set up, does not allow you to pay for insurance or signature on delivery WHEN you select free shipping (option is suspended during the Web Move week which has a discount offer).
1. Australia Post pays insurance up to $100.
2. For orders over $200, we pay for a part of the extra insurance cover if you have not paid but not signature on delivery.
3. For orders over $500. we part pay extra insurance if you have not paid and signature on delivery.

During a big discount period we may ring and ask you to pay insurance.
However if you want better protection:
1. Pay for shipping that gives us more $ to pay for more insurance.
2. Pay for signature on delivery if you do want that.
