These were in full sun, so the white lines showed up a lot more than they do in normal light. This is the texture that is not present in onyx, shungite or obsidian crystals.
Gorgeous Black Tourmaline sphere in pure black. I tried to capture these in all lights but the reflections were still dominant. Size is lovely to hold, massage sore muscles, or place on a table to look at. There is some matt surfaces. I don’t know if it is natural areas resistant to polishing or man patching a natural deep hole.
