Bracelet Enlarger Clasp, Repair Elastic

Did you buy a bracelet a bit too small? Or found your wrist size increased like mine did? Then buy a clasp that extends the bracelet size by a bead. Or buy 2!

The also add some lovely silver shine to the bracelet. The photo shows the types available and used in a blue 8mm bracelet and a pink 10 mm bracelet. I include my opinion as to the suitable beads they look nice with:

• The star pattern – left most in photo can do nuggets, 8 or 10mm beads.
• The straight  vertical lines – 2nd from left in photo can be used for nuggets, 8 or 10mm beads.
• The check pattern – 2nd from right can do 8, 10, 12 or 14 mm beads.
• The spiral pattern – right in photo can do nuggets, 8 or 10mm beads.

These work better on the stronger clear elastic. However regardless it will reduce the life of the elastic. You can buy extra 2m of clear elastic and re-string when needed.

Also you must ensure you close the clasp with the elastic definitely in the centre and not get caught in the closure.
