Pakistan has a fantastic range of crystals and these called Lizard Serpentine palm stones. They are speckled with some time of inclusion in a tan / mid-green which adds a whole extra energy for fun or as earth connection if you things they look like flowers.
I tried to get green serpentine from other sources and they are a very unattractive grey-yellow so I was delighted to find these group.
This crystal is associated with the heart center and has very regenerative energy to help increase your life-force on all levels. It helps protect your heart and emotions, aligning you with the resilience and flexibility. Because of this, it is said to resolve hypoglycemic problems, diabetes and would balance calcium and magnesium rates. I like that it would help to renew cells and aid heart and lungs problems.
