Tibetan / Sichuan Quartz Point

Here we have small Sichuan Quartz Points which are also were called a Tibetan quartz point. They are quartz with inclusions with double terminated, Herkimer style formation. It always interesting that just as I discover a clarification of a crystal through one source that the correction also appears in the new versions of crystal books!

Meaning of Double Termination Points

These are uncommon forms – it means each crystal grew as an individual. The new name correctly reflects the Sichuan province in china from which these are found.
