This is a specialist clear quartz called Tibetan Quartz Point or Sichuan quartz with double terminated points. The quartz has enough clarity that you can see inside and it is a double terminator configuration. And there are carbon (or manganese inclusions which raise its vibration. Some minor nicks as all natural crystals have.

Clear quartz itself already helps cleanse and open all chakras to help energy flow around the bodies. And this helps focus, clarity of thought and concentration. Sichuan or Tibetans do this even more powerfully with their higher vibration. Great for shamanic work.
