I finally found Watermelon Tourmaline Crystal that I had previously only found in silver jewellery. And I was genuinely surprised in seeing the range of colour pairings that make up this unique variety.

Natural crystals are really hard to find. It is now days it mainly is reserved for expensive jewellery. You have to be careful you are not just buying glass. There are rulers of pink inside green tourmaline and vice versa, also blue with green, blue with pink and so on. I found these once, I very much doubt I will find them again. Grouping is based on weight, with some wider but not deep and others showing a better cylinder shape for depth.

The blue, pink and green tourmaline is a must for those who are clairsentient i.e., sensitive to energy through their feeling senses.

By far the biggest reason people buy tourmaline is as a personal piece because they are empathic and have been getting caught up in other people emotions, so the tourmaline's protective abilities have given them big relief. The second biggest reason is to block other people energies from them (and their families) at home and the office. To a lesser extent people buy to block EMF and Wi Fi but I tend to recommend shungite instead as some testing shows shungite is more effective. However using tourmaline to block the energies of people's emotions dumped into emails and SMS, etc is still great.

• Most tourmaline sold in shops was found in Brazil.
• Black tourmaline rulers from Brazil are often mistaken for burnt wood or petrified wood.
• Black tourmaline from China and Australia is a more sold 6-sided cylinder shape.
• Common: Black tourmaline especially as found as dots in granite too.
• Less common: pink tourmaline in quartz, green tourmaline in quartz, tourmaline in quartz
• Uncommon: golden, brown, watermelon, blue, lavender and bi-colour/tri-colour tourmalines
